The Community Capacity Building Tool Kit (CCBTK) currently consists of three tools and is given as a gift to the non-profit community by St. Luke's Episcopal Health Charities. These tools were developed to assist non-profits in building their internal capacity and promote sustainability.

The Organization Assessment, Outcomes Management and Donor/Prospect Management tools are currently available in single-user stand-alone versions, and are Microsoft compatible.  A description of each tool and its purpose is listed below:
