Community Resource Directory (CRD) includes information about the many community resources in a 13 county area. Resources include health clinics, food pantries, shelters and many other useful sources of information. Geographic Boundaries allow you to visually define particular areas, including local and state elected officials' districts, zip codes, and census tracts. Population Data include population by age, race/ethnicity, income, and education. Data are available at county, census tract and super neighborhood (City of Houston only) levels. Birth Data include births by birth weight, race/ethnicity, mother's age and education, and prenatal care. Data are available at the census tract level. Mortality Data include deaths by age, race/ethnicity, gender, and cause. Data are available at the census tract level. Child Data include language spoken at home, poverty, all parents working, and total population. Data are available at the census tract level.
